Description
This piece of textured photo art is based on a photo from my first afternoon in the beautiful city of Galway, Ireland. This is a view of The Long Walk from the Claddagh. This was an area I walked nearly every day of my time in Galway. The views of Galway Bay were just tranquility bottled. I wonder if the people who live in those colorful homes along The Long Walk have any idea how lucky they are?
The Claddagh overlooks the estuary where the River Corrib empties into Galway Bay.
I still get nostalgic looking at photos of this part of Galway. I left my heart in Galway, how about you?

I sure would love to just take a long walk along the sidewalk and taking in the beautiful sights and smell of this lovely place. You have indeed captured the essence and character of the place and all the places you have been, Mark! F/V

Thanks Kandy! I left my heart in Galway so I love hearing I did the city justice in my images! :-)
